good stay but areas for improvement

The staff were helpful, addressing any issues we had during our three-night stay. The pool area was well-maintained, especially with its beautiful view. We appreciated the unique touch of being offered showers and universal chargers after checkout, made our departure much smoother.

The breakfast options could be better, especially for late arrivals.

The hotel had an a swimming pool and was within walking distance of the beach. Good location and decent rates.

It was just a smart choice for a short stint in San Antonio with excellent value for money. The pool area was fine, and I loved hanging out there after a long day. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

The hotel staff was very friendly and always available. The food had great quality and variety, comparing to price. All the environment and facilities were excellent, I would rate it as a 4 star hotel. I'll recommend it without a doubt.

Few groups of young people drinking on the pool side, but nothing to worry about.

Good location, Very clean, Lovely pool, Good and cheap food, Very convenient having a supermarket. Nice and Modern. Safe very useful and nice to have a balcony. Impressive breakfast, buffet style and can eat as much as desired.

Young people around pool abit intimidating. Slight confusion about payment, and some staff were better than others. Other than that we had a nice stay and would say it is the nicest hotel in the area, good for families, couples and groups.Oh, the pool music was very repetetive, needs updating and changing every now and then!

Really loved the amazing pool area with its great size and inviting atmosphere! 🍹 The breakfast had a solid selection, but the noise from nearby traffic was a bit annoying at times. a solid choice for a relaxing stay!

The rooms were all tidy and silent with fresh towels.

The breakfast was great, with a very large selection, also the evening buffet and inexpensive !

We didn't expect more! The elevator could have been in motion!. The price for a rental car was too high !

I really loved the chill vibe at this hotel! The pool area was super nice with tons of loungers to relax. The food and cocktails were good-especially enjoyed the breakfast, it had a solid mix. The location was perfect, quiet but close enough to the fun bits of san antonio. Fridge in the room was def a plus too for keeping drinks cool!

The staff were fantastic, very helpful nice atmosphere around the pool the rooms were as they looked on the pictures clean and modern, great place for those who want to choose when they want to party! Nice and quiet and yet a short walk away from nightlife.

The hotel is gorgeous and fairly clean with reasonably priced food and incredible staff. Fantastic & silent room in the photos on here. Incredible, marvellous location in San Antonio, so close to the city centre as well as the larger clubs.

The staff handled my issue promptly.

Beautiful, clean and modern. This hotel is not too far out from the hustle and bustle of the West End (about 20mins walk) but far enough if you wish to steer clear!

I found that the bar staff were often rude.

The room was a decent size and was very clean

The staff are unhelpful and were not at all concerned that our fridge did not work for the 5 days we stayed there despite the 30+ degree weather and our numerous complaints which were met with shrugged shoulders and without a care in the world. The staff were also unhelpful when it came to giving us directions and on one occasion sent us to the complete opposite end of the island when we asked for directions to the Hippy market. The air-conditioner rarely worked. Towels for the pool and irons are not provided.
